Our Services
NextLvl Recruiting (NLR) provides athlete recruiting services including highlight tape production, film breakdown, recruiting profile websites, and college recruiting consulting. Specific deliverables, turnaround times, and pricing for each service are described on our services page and confirmed at the time of booking.
Booking and Payment
Services are booked per project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms, deposits, and due dates are communicated directly at booking and are not processed through this website.
Turnaround and Revisions
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from receipt of footage, with rush delivery available on request. Revision allowances vary by service tier and are outlined on the services page. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership and Usage Rights
Once delivered and paid for, highlight tapes, film breakdowns, and recruiting profile content belong to the athlete and their family to use, share, and distribute for recruiting purposes. NLR may request permission to use excerpts for its own marketing and portfolio.
No Guarantee of Recruitment Outcomes
NLR provides professional recruiting materials and strategy, but does not and cannot guarantee college offers, scholarships, or recruitment outcomes. Recruiting decisions are made solely by college programs and coaching staffs.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms are agreed at the time of booking based on the specific service and work already in progress.
Website Use
This website and its content are provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false information through our forms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
