When you submit our contact or careers form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, parent or guardian name, email, phone number, sport, service of interest, and any message you include. We do not collect payment information through this site.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and deliver the services you request. We do not sell your information to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized site analytics (such as page views) to understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
Third-Party Services
Contact and careers form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Site usage analytics are processed through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.
Data Retention
We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
Your Rights

Children’s Information
Because NLR works with youth athletes, form submissions on behalf of a minor are expected to be made or supervised by a parent or guardian. We use information about minor athletes solely to provide the recruiting services requested.
